LukeW at UI11 Conference
I personally attended Luke's presentation on Strategy with Design and his seminar on Communicating Successfully with Visual Design. Both sessions were extremely worth while and packed full of information.I especially liked that Luke pointed out that as markets mature more quickly these days and the world becomes more complex, the role of the designer continues to be highly relevant in business. Understanding your role as a designer and how you can impact the business in positive ways is key to your success. This just makes so much sense.
Notes from Luke's seminar at UI11 were compiled by Jesper Rønn-Jensen and can be found on Jesper's blog justaddwater.dk in his recent post entitled UI Conf: Luke Wroblewski on Visual Design in the Development Process. Thanks Jesper!
